Restaurants
Pastabilities // 311 South Franklin Street, Syracuse, NY 13202
Our favorite Italian restaurant! Everything is made fresh and Heather has been pining for the complementary spicy tomato oil ever since we moved to NYC.
Danny’s favorite: Linguine, house tomato sauce, meatballs (conventional but delicious!)
Heather’s favorite: Butternut squash ravioli
Dinosaur BBQ // 246 West Willow Street, Syracuse, NY 13202
A local legend. Although the Dinosaur has franchised a bit outside of Syracuse, this is the one worth going to. Lines are long, but the food is SO worth it!
Danny’s favorite: Pulled pork sandwich, mashed potatoes, applesauce
Heather’s favorite: Carolina pulled pork sandwich, salad, mac & cheese
Empire Brewing Company // 120 Walton Street, Syracuse, NY 13202
Great beer, great food, great vibe! Steps from the venue in the heart of Armory Square.
Danny’s favorite: Burger & fries
Heather’s favorite: Grilled chicken BLT & roasted veggies
Phoebe's // 900 East Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13210
A really sweet restaurant, just steps away from the Genesee Grande. A great place to stop for a relaxing lunch.
Danny's favorite: Chicken caesar salad
Heather's favorite: Quiche of the day
Coffee
Cafe Kubal // Many locations, Syracuse, NY 13210

Free trade and locally roasted, there are locations all over town.
Dessert
Insomnia Cookies // 137 Marshall Street, Syracuse, NY 13210
